Welcome to The Daily Insight. This document constitutes a formal "Engagement Protocol" between you (the User) and our specialized engineering platform. By utilizing our digital tools or consuming our technical content, you acknowledge that you have read and synchronized with the conditions outlined below. Our platform is a high-precision node within the Khaled Cloud ecosystem, dedicated to advancing industrial knowledge through rigorous data analysis.
1. Technical Usage Rights
The Boiler Feed Pump Calculation Suite and all associated technical manuals provided on this site are the result of extensive R&D by our global team.
- **Authorized Access:** We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable "Handshake" to use our tools for personal, educational, or internal business calculations.
- **Prohibited Reverse Engineering:** You may not attempt to deconstruct the "Source Code" or logic of our calculation engines for the purpose of cloning or redistribution.
- **API Misuse:** Automated scraping or high-frequency "Bot Attacks" on our server nodes is a critical violation of this protocol and will result in a permanent IP firewall block.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
The "Daily Insight" identity and all engineered tools are protected under the Khaled Cloud intellectual property umbrella.
- **Attribution:** If you utilize our data in professional reports, a digital handshake (backlink) to The Daily Insight is required.
- **Technical Ownership:** Every module on this site, from the UI design to the underlying mathematical logic, was engineered by Khaled Abbas and his international team. Unauthorized mirroring of this node is considered a "Data Breach" of our commercial rights.
Global Governance
All legal and technical disputes are mediated through our primary infrastructure at Khaled Cloud. We maintain a high-resolution ethical standard across all our regional nodes, including Sudan, India, China, and Tunisia.
3. Limitation of Liability (The Safety Buffer)
In the world of industrial engineering, "Zero-Error" is the target, but human interpretation is a variable.
- **Educational Scope:** Our tools are designed as "Diagnostic Assistants." They are not a substitute for the high-bandwidth oversight of a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- **Risk Mitigation:** The Daily Insight and its parent platform, Khaled Cloud, are not liable for any mechanical failure, "Financial Packet Loss," or physical damage resulting from the implementation of data generated on this site. Use our data as a "Second Opinion" node, never the primary source for hardware deployment.
4. Continuity of Service
While we strive for 100% "Uptime," we reserve the right to initiate "System Maintenance" or modify our tools without prior notification. We are constantly performing "Software Patches" to our calculation logic to stay synchronized with global ASME and HI standards. If a tool goes "Offline," we will work to restore the node as quickly as possible through our global technical support queue.
5. Acceptance of Protocol
Your continued engagement with The Daily Insight constitutes a "Persistent Handshake." If you do not agree with any node of these Terms, you must disconnect from our cloud immediately. We reserve the right to update this protocol as the global digital landscape evolves.
